Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order or custom items may require additional preparation time. Any extended processing times will be communicated in the product description or at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Available shipping methods and associated costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Packaging

Our jewelry, ceramics, and artful objects are carefully packaged with attention to both presentation and protection. Fragile pieces receive additional protective packaging to help ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the damaged item, and images of the packaging so we can assist you.

If your package appears lost or tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be returned or reshipped due to an incorrect address.
